Return Label and Shipping Costs
For Defective Products: If you receive a defective product (e.g., incorrect item, damaged by the carrier, or otherwise faulty), you will need to contact us to initiate the return process. Once we approve the return, we will provide you with a return label that you can download and print. We will cover the return shipping cost for defective items.
For Customer Remorse: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind (e.g., purchasing the wrong product, incorrect fit, or if you no longer want the item), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. You will need to arrange and pay for the return shipping yourself. We do not provide pre-paid return labels for returns due to customer remorse.
1. Return Period
We offer a 7-day return policy, allowing you to return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in great condition—lightly worn or used just for trying, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return request. Receipts are included inside the package.
3. Initiating a Return
To start a return, please contact us at Info@unclewaltstshirts.com. Provide your order details and reason for the return. For defective items, we will send you a return label to download and print. For returns due to customer remorse, you will need to arrange and pay for return shipping yourself. Please mail the return product to our office address: 12180 Ridgecrest Rd STE 514, Victorville, CA 92395. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
4. Damages and Issues
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at Info@unclewaltstshirts.com. We will evaluate the issue and provide a return label if applicable.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items, cannot be returned. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
6. Exchanges
For exchanges, return the item and place a new order for the desired item.
7. Refund Process
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, refunds will be processed within 12-14 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. A 10% restocking fee applies to returns due to customer remorse.
