Order Processing Time

Our order cutoff time is 2.00 pm in GTM-8:00 Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles), Our Order Handling time is on the same day as when the order was placed (if the order was placed before the cutoff time for the day).  This processing time allows us to verify your order details, prepare your items, and conduct necessary quality checks.

Estimated Delivery Time

Our goal is to deliver your orders within 2-4 business days of order processing for addresses within the United States. However, please note that delivery times may vary based on your location, product availability, and unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or natural disasters.

Shipping Methods

We partner with reputable shipping carriers USPS, FedEx, DHL Express, and UPS to ensure the safe and secure delivery of your orders. The available shipping methods may vary depending on the shipping address and the items in your cart. During the checkout process, you can choose your preferred shipping method, including standard shipping, expedited shipping, or other available options.

Shipping Costs

Shipping Charges are $7 for for all products, and if you buy over $89 from our store your shipping cost is free.

Tracking Your Order

For all orders shipped within the USA, we provide tracking information. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number and instructions on how to track your shipment. Utilize this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

Please be aware that certain addresses may have shipping restrictions, including P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and specific remote or restricted areas. If your address falls into one of these categories, kindly contact our customer support team before placing your order for assistance.
