*How will customers get the return label?
a) For defective products – This happens when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way customers will get the return label in the box.
b) Customer remorse- This happens when the customer purchases the wrong product, it doesn’t fit, or they no longer want the item customers will get the return label in the box.
1. Return Period
We understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations. Therefore, we offer a 7-day return policy, allowing you to return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in great condition as when you received it— lightly worn or lightly used just for try, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return request, you’ll get these receipts inside the package.
3. Initiating a Return
To start a return, please contact us at Info@unclewaltstshirts.com. Provide your order details and reason for the return. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions and a return shipping label. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. 4. Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it. If the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@unclewaltstshirts.com. We will promptly evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods, cannot be returned. We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions about the eligibility of your specific item, please reach out to us.
Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
6. Exchanges
For a quick exchange, we recommend returning the item you have and placing a separate order for the desired item. Once your return is accepted, you can make a new purchase.
7. Refund Process
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 12-14 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Note: We charge 10% of the product price as a restocking fee. We don’t charge fees for defective product returns, but if it’s customer remorse then we charge the actual cost of return shipping.
